to get listed in our directory. |

Page Link |
By
placing a small text link to us somewhere
on your home page, at the bottom is fine,
you will be guaranteed a top three position
on the three cities of your choice. If your
site has a very high PR of say PR5 and above,
we will guarantee you the #1 position on
up to ten cities that you choose. Remember
you receive up to ten cities or zip codes
with your listing. We also only ask for
a small text link, with no description making
the link a natural part of the page. |

Page Link |
By
placing a small text link to us on one of
your inner pages, typically a "links"
page we can guarantee you one top three
listing in one of the cities of your choice.
You will still receive 9 more cities or
zip codes of your choice, but we can not
guarantee top three placement. However if
your inner page has higher PR, say PR4 and
above we can offer you top three positioning
on the three cities of your choice. |

| "Other
Page" |
"Other
page" referes to a page that may be
contained in frames, not cached, has more
than 50 links, basically a page that to
the search engines would be construed as
"unspiderable" or offers no real
value. If you link to us from a page like
this we can offer you three cities total
with no top three possibilities, unless
there is no other realtors in that city.
In that instance you would be #1 until a
realtor offering an inner page or home page
link becomes active. |

to increase our visibility online while
we do the same for you with direct leads
