categories in our directory
this shouldn't be an issue. |

Pornography, Casino's, or POP UP's |
No
means no. You cannot LINK to these kinds of sites
either. By you linking to "bad neighborhoods"
and than us linking to you we threaten our own
livelihood and we will not do that. A single home
page pop-up might be ok as long as it is for a
service or good that you are offering. No ads
for other sites in the pop up. |

Affiliate sites |
Affiliate
sites take business away from real companies.
You can have affiliate ADS, but the whole purpose
of your site cannot be to push affiliate items.

Page Must Link From The Index Page |
The
page where our link is located must be no deeper
then 2 clicks from the home page.
We link to our directory from every page on our
site. No fake index pages, no doorway pages, etc...
Rememeber we reserve the right to just say NO! |

Numbered Links Pages |
This means if you plan on
putting us on resources-3.html do not bother
emailing us. We will not reciprocate. There
is currently way too much evidence that yahoo
is completely devaluing numbered links pages,
and rightfully so. Our directory is as much
for the visitor as it is for ranking. If your
just trying to manipulate the search engines
than go away.

more than 50 links per page |
| We keep our directory pages to
40, however while creating a second page if we feel
there is a need we MAY go to 50, but it would be
very rare and currently we do not have a single
category with over 35 links. Follow the same rules. |

| No
Funny Business |
This
would include, but not limited to, aspx pages,
links hidden within scripts, pages where you have
"nocache" in the meta tags, your not
using the supplied anchor text, you plan on offering
one page and than move us to another. |

Basically we ask that you
offer the same valuable back link that we offer.
If you can't offer us what we offer you, please
don't waste your time in emailing us. It may
sound harsh, and most of the above sounds like
common sense, but with the hundreds of link
requests we receive on a daily basis you would
probably be amazed to see that 99% of those
sites do not follow the above simple standards.
We also have many other sites all on different
IP's in the same industry that are just as strong
that we will email you back with for exchanging
as well.
